Meet Autopilot
The mode where GeneralMind handles procurement and order workflows end-to-end — without human intervention.
Full autonomy
Autopilot is the mode where GeneralMind executes procurement and order workflows end-to-end. Every action is logged, auditable, and reversible.
GeneralMind observes how your team handles procurement and order processes — then builds an internal model of your rules, exceptions, and preferences.
Once activated, Autopilot executes tasks autonomously: confirming POs, updating ERPs, routing approvals, and coordinating across systems — just like your best operator would.
Every action Autopilot takes is logged with full context. You can review, reverse, or escalate any decision at any time.
With every interaction, Autopilot refines its understanding of your workflows — reducing exceptions and increasing the share of fully automated actions.
Path to Autopilot
The mode where GeneralMind handles procurement and order workflows end-to-end — without human intervention.
Two workstreams to get to autopilot readiness
- Your process map, vendor relationships, ERP schema, and exception history are ingested at onboarding and kept live. Not frozen in a one-time setup.
- Operators can extend the model in plain language: rename a bucket, add a locale-specific rule, or flag a supplier quirk. No tickets, no retraining.
- Every proposed change surfaces in a review queue before it takes effect, giving your team full visibility and veto power over how the AI understands your business.
- Every operator correction is traced, stored, and generalised. Entry edits are saved, and queued for rule-adaptations where applicable, updating handling for all similar threads going forward.
- Operators teach the system in plain English. “Bauer always sends the addendum as a separate email” is a valid rule. No schema changes, no engineering involvement.
- Proposed rule changes sit in a review queue before propagating, so a well-intentioned correction to one edge case can be validated before it reshapes the whole model.
Your operations command center

One-click approval for flagged transactions with full context and confidence breakdown.
Track automation per supplier. See which vendors are autonomous and which need attention.
Every action logged with timestamp, confidence score, and decision path. Exportable.
Every decision has a score
GeneralMind assigns a confidence score to every action it takes — from PO confirmations to invoice matching. The score determines whether an action is auto-executed, queued for review, or escalated.
When the confidence score meets or exceeds 90%, GeneralMind executes autonomously — or upon human approval if configured. This can quickly cover the vast majority of routine operations.
Actions scoring between 50% and 90% are routed to an operator review queue. GeneralMind presents its recommendation with full context so the operator can approve, edit, or reject.
Low-confidence decisions are escalated immediately. These typically involve new suppliers, unusual quantities, or edge cases that require human judgement before proceeding.
